Requirements
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely communication and preparation.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and timelines.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely feedback and transparency.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure smooth transition to employment.
