Risk Management Head

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Risk Management Head to lead our comprehensive risk management program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business administration or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience as Risk Management Manager (Already experienced in the pawn shops industry is a must).
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong digital literacy and proven digital business analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in risk management BSMR level 3 is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using Ms. Office.
• Certification in risk management is a plus.
