Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as toll roads and bridges.
- Proven track record of successfully handling tenders and securing projects through APBN, APBD, BUMN, and private/local channels.
- Experience in developing and managing Tender Budget Plans and participating in e-catalog tenders.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
