Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service seeking a Social Media and KOL Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive content plan, manage social media campaigns, and collaborate with influencers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Solid analytical skills to measure content performance, track KPIs, and develop strategies to enhance engagement.
• Basic copywriting skills with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to identify emerging trends and create fresh, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
