Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Development and Talent Management role
• Proven experience in talent development, organizational learning, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in analyzing workforce data
