Job Description
Guarantees the availability, performance, and security of information systems, infrastructures, and networks to ensure continuous access to tools and software that meet business needs, and pilots ERP and SI projects from start to finish.
Requirements

- Writes functional and technical specifications

- Ensures coordination between internal teams, service providers, and software editors
- Follows project performance indicators
- Infrastructure and operation management
- Oversees IT infrastructures
- Guarantees system availability, performance, and security
- Pilots first and second-level support activities on infrastructures
- Ensures major incident management and continuity plans
- Implements and applies the system information security policy
- Identifies, evaluates, and controls SI risks
- Ensures regulatory compliance and good IT practices
- Ensures communication between the DSI and business directions
- Accompanies users through change
- Strategy, innovation, and cost control
