Job Description
Jasiri Talent Investor Programme Lead is responsible for the leadership and execution of the Talent Investor Program in East Africa, driving program growth, recruiting and developing talent, and ensuring the team operates at a high level of performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- A certificate in facilitation techniques is an added value
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years in entrepreneurship support and program management
- Demonstrated track record of supporting early-stage startups in Africa
- Proficiency in facilitation, group training, and using digital productivity tools
- Experience in stakeholder management, particularly within start-up environments
