Activation Manager - Beauty Industry

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing beauty and skincare company in Indonesia, dedicated to creating innovative and high-quality products that cater to modern beauty needs. The Activation Manager will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing activation programs with a special focus on product launching events.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in activation or event management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creativity and a consumer-focused mindset, especially in designing launch events.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for tracking campaign performance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (written & spoken)
