Job Description
Oversee and manage the operations of multiple stores within the assigned area, ensuring consistent and high-quality performance across all locations. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among store managers and their teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, specifically in a multi-store management role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive and proactive work attitude, and exceptional professional ethics
