Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager Luxury Beauty to join our growing retail team on behalf of one of our clients in the duty-free retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and visually impactful store displays to elevate brand presence, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience across retail locations in North Jakarta, Jakarta.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in related field, with 3 years as brand manager in Luxury fragrance/ beauty Brands
- Strong analytical, creative, communication, and organisation skills
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
- Have background of retail sales, inventory management, marketing and brand management
- Have a good handle on consumer and market insight, including the ability to analyze market data
- Preferred experience working with Loreal & Estee Laduer companies (brands such as Tom Ford, Kilian, Armani, lancome etc)
