Collection Analyst

Our client is a leading consultancy and financial technology company looking for a proactive and results-driven Collection Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in lending to join their team.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in debt collection in the lending industry
• Proficient in local language with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate repayment plans effectively
• Experience with innovative collection approaches, such as WhatsApp reminders and video messaging
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and familiarity with collection software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A strong personality who likes to build things from scratch, prioritizes learning and wants to grow sustainably
