We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Senior Manager to lead financial operations for a prominent company operating in the property and real estate sector.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in finance and accounting managerial roles.
- Experience working with Big 4 public accounting firms.
- Prior experience in the Property, Real Estate, or Developer sectors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
