The Head of Sales is responsible for managing and developing sales and marketing activities within the domestic market, expanding customer relationships, and maintaining a strong brand presence without a commission or incentive-based structure.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in B2B industrial/domestic sales, preferably in steel or metal components manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of the domestic industrial market and distribution channels
- Proven experience in strategic account management and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Willing to travel domestically as needed
- Comfortable working in a non-commissioned, fixed-salary structure
