Job Description
The HR Head reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing strategic directions for the organization, driving people and management strategies, and managing HR systems. The role entails overseeing employee relations, social and legal compliance, budgets, staffing, training, and culture, as well as leading a team of 8 direct members and 60 indirect members.
