Our client is a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a highly driven Senior Social Media Strategist to elevate their online presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy and content planning.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within the Indonesian market.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, features, and audience behavior.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategy accordingly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members.
