Lead and manage the food safety and quality team, develop and implement food safety and quality policies, conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to food safety protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and quality management roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Experience with food safety and quality management systems
- Certification in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams
