Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, diagnose and resolve technical issues and equipment malfunctions, and conduct on-site visits to perform repair and maintenance services.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in technical service or field engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
