Solve is a division of Talent International, a recruitment business. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Sydney. The role will involve delivering end-to-end recruitment services to clients, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and building talent pools.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years recruiting with both in-house or RPO and agency experience
- Account Management experience preferred
- Technology recruitment experience preferred, with the ability to recruit across a broad array of positions
- Experience working in a nimble fast-paced business
- Experience recruiting in data-led environments
- High attention to detail with an ability to handle ambiguity while operating within a structured process
- An excellent work ethic and a desire for continued learning
- The ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment, prioritising your time and using your initiative to provide solutions to what are often intangible services
