Job Description
Talentful is seeking a Technical Recruiter to find and attract world-class software engineering talent for its client. The role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring a great candidate experience. Requirements
- 2-4 years of technical sourcing experience
- Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
