Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HR roles with focus on data analysis
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management tools
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- SHRM certification preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
