Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or business development
- Solid understanding of the IT landscape and key business processes
- Demonstrated ability to establish and grow long-term client partnerships
- Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher
- Confident use of Excel, Google Workspace, and Jira
- Well-structured approach to work with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven thinking with a clear focus on achieving measurable results
