• Proven experience as a Game Designer in slot games
• Strong understanding of key slot mechanics
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining high-quality GDD
• Russian language as a must
• Experience designing game features and providing art feedback
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Strong market and competitor analysis skills
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate game performance and player behavior
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
