Head of Legal and Compliance

Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks, including game aggregation, payment integration, licensing support and turnkey platform development.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong experience in private international law, contract law, corporate law, tax law, and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with compliance, AML, GDPR, and global data privacy regulations
• Experience handling multi-party negotiations and complex commercial deals across multiple jurisdictions
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT corporate legal environment
• Higher legal education, preferably obtained at a Czech university
• Ability to travel freely within the EU and internationally without visa restrictions
• Practical experience working within the Czech legal framework
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to draft and negotiate legal documents
