Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst role requires 6+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, including 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role, with expertise in system analysis and the full requirements lifecycle. The candidate will lead and develop a Business Analysis team, conduct analysis for key initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis
• 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role
• Experience managing a distributed team of Business Analysts (3+ people)
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience interacting with C-level stakeholders, Product Manager/Lead, and VP of Engineering
• Strong understanding of the full requirements lifecycle
• Experience working with large-scale and complex systems
• Strong expertise in system analysis
