We're looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers' questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.
Requirements
- Tourism knowledge including Hotels and Flights
- GDS knowledge (Amadeus as a priority and Sabre as basic)
- MS Excel and Word competency
- Multitasking and ability to work with variant channels
- Excellent organizational skills and strong team player qualities
- Ability to work variable shifts
- Act as a resource/support for agents with ticketing/fares questions
- Quality control all international tickets issued overnight
