Talkdesk is seeking a strategic and analytical finance professional to support the Customer Experience (CX) organization, providing financial insights and decision support, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience (CX, SaaS, or Operations preferred)
- Expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong experience with PowerPivot, Power BI, and ERP/planning tools
- Strong understanding of cost, headcount, bookings, revenue, and margin dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
