Job Description
Talkdesk is a cloud contact center leader that is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Banking & FSI (East) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling SaaS solutions to small and medium sized enterprises and will be responsible for providing business-driven consulting to customers. The role requires a seasoned practitioner with deep experience in sales, business consulting, and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Conducts research to prepare for upcoming meetings with prospects
- Carries out discovery conversations with customers
- Designs and delivers presentations to customers
- Assists with scoping SOWs for customer implementations
- Scopes, executes and manages customer pilots and POCs
- Respond to functional and technical RFI/RFP requirements
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams
- Assists with marketing and demand generation events
