Job Description
This is a mid-level Web Designer role on our Marketing team. With your assistance, our content team's hard work will find the right audience and deliver information and solutions through web and email touchpoints. You will help keep our company and client websites firing on all cylinders and ensure visitors get the most out of their online interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design or a related field
- 5+ years of proven work experience equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor others
- Proficiency with a variety of CMS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for in-depth discovery work
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (Less or Sass)
- Proficient in technical SEO best practices and implementation
- Knowledge of ADA compliance best practices
- Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
