Job Description
Talkspace is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance data architectures and models for batch and streaming data processing. The Senior Data Engineer will define and execute a strategic Data Engineering Roadmap, manage ETL/ELT processes, and drive continuous improvement in data engineering workflows.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4-6 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Proven experience in designing, building, and optimizing data warehouses (Redshift)
- Extensive experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools, particularly Airflow and DBT
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tool AWS CDK
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
