Job Description
Responsible for clinical and personnel management in addition to being clinically proficient in-patient care. Leads, mentors, and role models for other health care team members. Derives and validates diagnoses; identifies expected outcomes; develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans; and evaluates progress toward outcomes attainment.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Two to five years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited American Heart Association (AHA) instructor
