Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Real Estate Management based in the Zurich area, responsible for managing assigned properties, achieving full occupancy, and leading a team of 4-5 people.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in real estate management, including leadership experience
- Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Management
- Very good knowledge of accounting and tenancy law
- Independent, self-reliant, and reliable person with assertiveness skills
- Driving license category B (pool vehicles are available)
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
