Job Description
The role of Senior Consultant adds significant value to Talogy’s Talent Management business, as this work is crucial to designing and delivering excellent client solutions, as well as leading account management and growth opportunities with clients, and taking on a leadership role within the Australian team.
Requirements
- An experienced individual from the industry or consulting sectors
- Qualifications in Psychology (or in a related subject at an equivalent Bachelor's or master’s level)
- Working towards Registered Psychologist and/or Endorsed Organisational Psychologist status (desirable)
- Previous experience in talent assessment, people development, or facilitation/accreditation training
- Experience in managing client assignments
- Experience in consulting on talent and assessment challenges, people development, or workshop facilitation and accreditation training
- Track record in the design and delivery of best practice assessment services
- Strong Microsoft skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in preparing or contributing to proposals and selling consultancy projects and services
