Demand Generation Lead

Talos is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own the full funnel – from building awareness through thought leadership campaigns and audience-specific advertising, to capturing interest with high-conversion gated assets, to nurturing prospects through segmented email sequences and intelligent retargeting, through to delivering qualified leads to the sales team with the context and scoring logic they need to convert.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Direct accountability for pipeline metrics – not just marketing activity
• Experience running ABM programs targeting named accounts in financial services or enterprise technology
• Fluency in paid social (LinkedIn Campaign Manager), Google Ads, and programmatic display
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
