We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the declarative health, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams. The role involves designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, guiding business stakeholders on best practices, and ensuring platform stability and compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex automation using all modern Flow types
- Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce data model, governance limits, and best practices for system scalability
- Previous experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required
- Experience with implementing duplicate management processes
- Knowledge of complementary Revenue Operations tools (e.g., Conga products) preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective declarative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
