Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer experience in the local market
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Native Arabic speaker
- Holds a university degree
- Fluency in English Language, B2 profile
- Ability to use computers
- Ability to use internet applications
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to handle customers' issues
- Ability to solve problems in a short period of time
