People Operations Intern - Builders Program (Co-op training or Internship)

Tamara is offering a hands-on internship opportunity within its People Operations team for curious and eager-to-learn individuals. As a People Operations Intern, you will gain practical exposure to the day-to-day operational side of the Care people team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions carefully
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; working knowledge of English is preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
• Ability to handle information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
