Job Description
This role involves receiving, processing, and fulfilling government hospital quotations. The Coordinator will ensure accurate delivery of orders, follow up on payments, and manage backorders with hospitals, while supporting the supply chain and providing excellent customer service. The company emphasizes the importance of following procedures and supporting the delivery team.
Requirements
- Receive and Process Quotations to Governmental Hospitals
- Receive official orders/ Customer Purchasing Order and putting it in the backorder
- Delivery of all orders must be completed before its due dates
- Follow-up on backorder report and outstanding orders from Hospitals
- Follow-up on payment collection
- Analyze penalties and provide all supporting documents
- Alert for stock and near expiry items
- Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management
