Job Description
The Event Operations Crew is responsible for implementing the setup and breakdown of all events and home games as directed by the Events & Entertainment Department. They must be able to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and order in the completion of all tasks.
Requirements
- Implement the setup and breakdown of all events and home games
- Attend training to cultivate a high standard of safety and quality in event execution procedures
- Dispense and maintain event supplies and equipment
- Assist the Events Department with transportation and escorting of cheerleaders, mascot, current and former players, and coaches
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy and order
- Professionalism throughout every interaction
- Attention to detail throughout all assignments and transactions
- Dependability to handle responsibilities autonomously
- Clear and timely communication with superiors and colleagues
- Ability to read, analyze, and execute based on logistical documents
- Basic technological proficiency with aptitude to learn
