Job Description
Precisely and accurately performs and evaluates various technical procedures in the laboratory, monitoring daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Perform technical laboratory tests in assigned specialties with high levels of accuracy and reliability.
- Evaluate and interpret test results, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Monitor daily laboratory operations and coordinate quality control programs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment and review SOPs.
- Oversee and support laboratory staff, providing training and guidance.
