Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Finnish
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong track record in project management
• Experience in a technology company, with particular value placed on SaaS implementation or deployment projects
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments — EHR integrations, clinical workflows, and change management in care organisations
• Structured yet flexible approach
