Senior Engineer

We're a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We're looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Senior Engineer, you will design, implement, and debug high-stakes, complex systems that help ensure our healthcare system functions properly. You will work across the stack and collaborate closely with multiple teams, contributing to technical decisions and supporting others through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Design and develop complex systems - from data processing pipelines to APIs and client integrations that are critical to clinician workflows.
• Contribute to building and scaling cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Influence technical direction within your team through hands-on work, thoughtful design, and clear documentation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clinicians and designers, to ensure we're solving the right problems with the right solutions.
• Make and contribute to technical decisions across backend and frontend systems, including Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes.
• Support and grow other engineers across the team through code reviews, design feedback, and strategic guidance.
• Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and code quality within your team.
