Software Engineer - Internal Tooling

Build internal tooling and operational systems for a fast-scaling health-tech company. Work on complex logic and build systems that impact how the company runs. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer working on backend systems or internal tooling
• Strong ability to model and implement business logic in code
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Strong ownership and ability to drive work independently
• Experience with billing, invoicing, or financial systems (optional)
• Experience building internal tools or backoffice systems (optional)
• Familiarity with data modeling for usage-based systems (optional)
• Experience applying automation or AI to operational workflows (optional)
• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.) (optional)
