Job Description
Tandem is seeking a Growth Engineer to build systems that power network expansion. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience with APIs, data pipelines, and automation, and a track record of moving quickly to deliver on goals. This is a high-impact role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
- Relevant engineering experience at fast-growing product-driven companies
- Familiarity with or curiosity about growth, distribution, and GTM software systems
- Track record of moving quickly and finding shortcuts to deliver on goals
