Job Description
Tandem is seeking a Growth Strategy Associate to drive patient adoption and engagement with their platform. Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience working on a team that required analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership
- Strong sense of user empathy, especially for providers and staff juggling high workloads
- Comfort with ambiguity and context switching
- Strong written and verbal communication
