Sourcer

We're looking for a Sourcer to help power the team that's building Tandem. You'll be the engine behind our recruiting efforts — uncovering, engaging, and inspiring exceptional talent.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a dedicated sourcer
• Experience sourcing across multiple functions or working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Creativity and persistence in developing new strategies to attract and engage great talent
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
