As a key player, you'll be responsible for scaling the company's operations and go-to-market strategy, working closely with the Engineering team to define and launch high-impact automation and new features. This is a demanding role that requires autonomy, analytical problem-solving, and outcome ownership, with opportunities for career growth and accelerated progression.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on a team that required analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership
• Technical background and/or experience working with complex data
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals
• High NPS with former teammates
