Clinical Trials Manager

In this role, you will manage clinical trials from start-up through close-out to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors. You will bring strong communication, project management, and risk assessment skills to this fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or allied health field (e.g. nursing, medical or laboratory technology)
• 5 years industry experience mostly in clinical operations
• Experience working in a global development organization
• Experience in setting up a global study and giving input into study design
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience working in a full outsourcing model
• Experience in sponsor oversight including site management oversight
• End-to-end study experience
• Experience in late phase/pivotal study conduct
• Experience in supporting health authority inspection (preparation)
• Experience in managing/overseeing global studies conducted in different geographic regions
• Experience in assessing operational risks and implementing risk mitigation actions
