Master's degree in related field, board certification as BCBA, and successful completion of practica hours are required. Proficiency with Microsoft products and a strong grasp of ABA programming are also essential
Registered Behavorial Technician Lead and RBTs
40-hour ABA training required, BBA competency exam pass and RBT credential. Active credential is essential
Direct Support Professional
High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience in human service field. Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle required
Behavior Consultant
Master's degree in psychology, special education, social work, counseling, or a related field, with experience working with people with developmental disabilities
Direct Support Professional
High school diploma or G.E.D., experience in human service field, valid driver's license, and basic computer skills
Wellness Coordinator (LPN)
Associate degree in Nursing, 6 months of experience in healthcare, Indiana LPN license
