Job Description
Tangram offers a program to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with flexible schedules and part-time positions. RBTs mentor new RBTs, implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition plans, and collaborate with BCBAs. This role emphasizes client and caregiver involvement and provides in-house training.
Requirements
- Completed a minimum of a 40-hour intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Successfully passed a competency assessment administered by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Received a passing score on the Registered Behavior Technician exam
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with children/adolescents/young adults with developmental disabilities
- Hold an active RBT credential
