Job Description
Tanner Clinic is seeking a Clinical Office Specialist III for immediate openings in Layton Antelope, Ashton, and Clinton, as well as Farmington. The role involves receiving patient calls, scheduling appointments, assisting physicians, performing duties like blood pressure measurement, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. It requires a reliable and organized individual with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- C.N.A, Phlebotomy, and Injection certification required
- One or more years health care experience preferred
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
- Knowledge of prior authorizations and referral process
- Understanding of credentialing requirements
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Must be able to use appropriate body mechanics
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Occasional stress from dealing with many staff and patients.
